Refund Policy

At Direct Epoxy Supply, all sales are final and we do not accept product returns. Please review our refund terms carefully before making a purchase.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only issued in the following situations:

  • Order Cancellation Before Shipment — If you cancel your order before it ships, you are eligible for a full refund.

  • Damaged or Defective Items — If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 5 days of delivery and provide photo proof. If approved, we will either:

    • Send a replacement, or

    • Issue a full refund (our choice depending on inventory and situation).

  • Incorrect Item Sent — If we shipped the wrong product, we will correct the order at no cost to you.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Incorrect product selection by customer

  • Change of mind after shipment

  • Failure to follow product instructions

  • Improper application results

  • Delayed deliveries caused by carriers

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
